Antonio Vivaldi Prize (special prize)
If a contestant chooses to perform a work by Antonio Vivaldi during the competition, they will be automaticly considered for the Antonio Vivaldi Prize. This applies to each instrument and age category.

The jury can decide to divide the main prizes. In this case the cash prize money will be split among the winners of the same prize.

Concert opportunities for prize winners:
Solo performance with the WDR Funkhausorchester Köln
The concert will take place at Klaus-von-Bismarck-Hall, WDR Funkhaus in Cologne, in the season 2025/2026 with live broadcasting by WDR3. The jury reserves the right not to choose any of the prize winners, if the level of performance is artistically insufficient.

Performances at the 29. Meidlinger Kulturtage
The performaces will take place in Vienna at the Meidlinger Kulturtage festival in the season 2024/2025. These performance opportunities are aimed at competition winners from younger age groups. The jury reserves the right not to choose any of the prize winners, if the level of performance is artistically insufficient.
